2. Present Continuous Tense is also used to explain something that is happening around the time of speaking. Even though not necessarily at the time of speaking.

I am reading an interesting business management books that give me great inspiration about how to start up my own business.
Andrew is seeking for a job in the field of marketing.

I am looking for a part time job in online marketing.
I am designing a completely unique business system to replace the old one that is no longer effective in today’s business environment.
Have you heard about the current projects. The board of directors are designing the new marketing system to boost up the sales.

3. Present Continuous Tense is often used to talk about a period around the present by using the words such as: today, this week, this month, this season.

The marketing manager is working hard today. He will launch a new products.
James is spending a great deal of his time to sharpen his business English. He will negotiate with a very important client.
I am learning IELTS this year. I will study study abroad next year.
The financial manager is not working this week. He is on vacation in Bali.
The number of companies doing the online business is increasing.
The growth of the company is still not good as expected, but it is getting better since the implementation of new marketing initiative.
Since the global crisis, the price of basic necessities are becoming more and more expensive.

4. Present Continuous Tense is also used to talk about the changing situation.

The global economic condition is getting worst since the stock market crash.

She is becoming a courageous person after much encouragement from many people who love her.
The economic condition is slowly becoming better.
